  • We had gotten several estimates to remove a large oak tree in the rear yard. Rinaldo, from Ponce, came out promptly to give us their estimate for removal of our dead oak and grind the stump. He was very personable. The price quoted was a little lower than previous estimates and since they also do tree installation we asked for a quote to install a small bottlebrush tree the same day the tree removal was scheduled. Ponce would have gotten a 5 star review if they had not taken a week to estimate the additional cost of getting the tree for us and then installing it. We decided not to plant another tree after all and Rinaldo put us on the schedule for the dead tree. They came out as agreed, were very professional and cleaned up very thoroughly. They knew what they were doing. The stump was ground the next morning, and again it was done very professionally and the clean up was well done. I would use this company again. We are pleased.

  • Got a total of 5 different quotes for tree removal and trimming. I think 4 of the companies based their estimates solely on my address. But unlike my neighbors, I'm not stupid—I went with Ponce. Great work at a reasonable price.
